About the Role We're looking for a
UX Designer
to join our
Product Management
team. Reporting to the
UI/UX Lead , you'll be creating intuitive, elegant user experiences across our ecosystem while collaborating with product teams to build solutions that delight users and improve operational outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and UI flows.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align design with functional requirements.
Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistent design standards.
Advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle.
What You Bring
3+ years UX/UI design experience.
A strong educational background in Computer Science is valued, but we also recognize that talent comes from many paths. If you have a strong background in product management, we want to hear from you.
Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise workflow design.
Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with engineering, design, product, and customer‑facing teams.
Figma or similar tools.
Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable with ambiguity.
Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required).
Compensation $80,000–$100,000 USD per year; $75,000–$90,000 CAD per year.
This role requires working onsite in our
Dallas
office
