Key Responsibilities
Assist with
on-site event setup, execution, and teardown
for live events and promotions
Support
event logistics , including vendor coordination, equipment setup, and guest registration

Manage signage, promotional materials, branded displays, and giveaways
Complete administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, data entry, and post-event reporting
Represent partner brands professionally and enthusiastically
Contribute ideas and feedback to improve
