Sr Global Product Marketing Manager, NGS
Join the Twist Bioscience team as a Sr Global Product Marketing Manager in the Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) portfolio.
We are looking for a strategic marketing leader to plan, develop, and execute marketing programs that drive product awareness, demand generation, and adoption across global markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in life sciences marketing, a deep understanding of NGS applications, and a proven track record of cross‑functional collaboration in a matrix organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
Partner with NGS product management, field marketing, and commercial leaders to develop integrated marketing plans that leverage customer segmentation, competitor analysis, market trends, and business objectives.
Own the customer‑centric content strategy across the buyer journey, including blogs, case studies, videos, emails, social media, and webinars.
Create copy and digital assets for NGS campaigns and manage the go‑to‑market process to optimize ROI.
Track, report, and analyze key performance indicators for content and digital marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with advertising agencies and internal design teams to deliver high‑quality creative assets for print, digital, PR, and global trade show properties.
Maintain knowledge of NGS market trends and competitive activity.
Support product enablement, training, and sales collateral with field marketing teams.
Manage marketing budgets and optimize promotional mix to achieve high ROI.
Use customer research and analytics to refine journey maps and messaging.
Act as a brand steward to ensure all content aligns with brand voice and guidelines.
Prepare and present progress reports to program stakeholders.
Assist team members when needed to accomplish team goals.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of life sciences marketing experience with NGS applications.
5+ years of product marketing or marketing program management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GSuite; project management software experience (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project).
Experience compiling and following budgets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time‑management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA
MS or PhD in a relevant field.
Location & Work Arrangement The role is based in San Francisco or Carlsbad and requires three days per week onsite. The position is full‑time.

Compensation and Benefits Base salary: $114,000 – $150,000 USD (San Francisco Bay Area). The role is eligible for bonus, equity, and a generous benefits package. Final compensation is determined by multiple factors including experience, expertise, and location.
