WEYI/WBSF is looking for a Multimedia Journalist. Your responsibilities as a MMJ will include shooting, writing, editing and posting stories, photos and video on all platforms. The ideal candidate will also enterprise story ideas, develop contacts and have excellent live shot skills. You will be expected to produce daily content on multiple platforms.
Skills and Experience:
Sharp news judgment
Ability to tell an NPPA style story
Ability to engage with local community members
Excellent technical skills
Ability to work well independently
Must have and maintain a valid license and good driving record
Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum of one year reporting experience is required
Experience with live shots is preferred
