The Associate Manager, Toy Marketing supports the Marketing team with integrated marketing strategy and planning, insights and business analysis, cross?functional team management, and omnichannel marketing execution. The Associate Manager will lead campaign planning and marketing initiatives to support American Girls sales growth across all channels, with a strong focus on DTC and retail execution. What Your Impact Will Be Develop overarching omnichannel strategy and marketing briefs with the Marketing Manager across key sub?brands within American Girl. Lead project management: meet teams, capture notes, track progress, and resolve issues. Lead performance reporting across new launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand POS reports. Execute day?to?day channel execution and monitor sales performance to recommend plans. Contribute to special marketing initiatives such as catalog strategy, wholesale planning, promotion strategy, etc.
What Were Looking For
5+ years of marketing experience in multi?channel Retail or Consumer Products; 3+ with a Masters. Integrated marketing experience across paid media (digital, influencers, out of home) and owned channels including e?commerce, retail, e?mail, social, print/direct mail. Excellent written/verbal, time management, and quantitative/analytical skills. Independent ability to build compelling visual marketing presentations.
