Base pay range $66.00/hr - $71.00/hr

Join the Sales Enablement team as a Learning Experience Designer and help transform how learning is designed, delivered, and scaled across a complex sales organization. This role focuses on building innovative, engaging, and scalable learning experiences that enable employees to learn, apply, and perform at a high level.

You will design modern learning solutions grounded in adult learning principles and optimized for real-world application. The work spans onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement, with a strong emphasis on scalability, adoption, and measurable impact. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional enablement, business, and technology partners to ensure learning remains agile, relevant, and aligned to evolving business needs.

What You’ll Do

Design and deliver blended learning experiences that drive retention, behavior change, and business impact

Use multiple learning modalities including digital learning, immersive simulations, social learning, and AI-driven personalization

Reimagine onboarding and training into seamless, intuitive, self‑sustaining learning journeys

Build scalable learning frameworks and repeatable models without adding headcount

Develop self-service and in-the-flow-of-work learning solutions

Partner with tools and technology teams to integrate AI, automation, and data into learning experiences

Facilitate learning experiences when needed and enable others to facilitate at scale

Create toolkits, playbooks, and resources that empower leaders and subject matter experts

Partner with business leaders and enablement teams to align learning with strategic priorities

Measure learning effectiveness using data, analytics, and learner feedback

Continuously iterate and experiment with new learning approaches and emerging technologies

What You’ll Need

7+ years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, enablement, or a related field

Strong foundation in adult learning theory, instructional design, and behavior change

Proven ability to design engaging, multi-modal, and scalable learning experiences

Experience with AI-driven or adaptive learning platforms and automation

Ability to facilitate learning and enable others to deliver learning at scale
