Job Overview Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They’re brand ambassadors who energize customers with our products and services.
Job Responsibilities
Help customers resume their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
Side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, unlimited data, and T-Mobile plans.
Complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, processes, and system knowledge.
Maximize shift time by seeking information between customers and learning about innovations.
Collaborate across T-Mobile channels to own the customer experience and resolve issues seamlessly.
Identify and hand off small business leads.
Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment.
The Experience You’ll Bring

Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.
At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
