Appointment Setter
Job Location: Broadview Heights, OH. Corporate office of JFS Corporation d/b/a Anago of Cleveland.
Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday‑Thursday; 9am – 4pm Friday.
Responsibilities
Making outbound calls to set appointments for outside reps.
Tracking daily phone calls.
Following up and answering return calls/emails.
Qualifications / Skills
Call center and appointment‑setting experience required.
Ability to listen, identify a need, and offer a solution to a potential customer.
Prior experience making outbound calls.
B2B appointment setting is a plus.
Computer literate with data‑entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Comfortable making calls.
Self‑motivated and a team player.
