Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr
NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a
Sales Manager-Promotional Products
to join our client’s team in
Altamonte Springs, FL . This is an
onsite, direct hire
position.
SALARY:
$65,000 – $75,000 + Bonus (depending on experience)

Promotional products expertise
Vendor relationship management
Data-driven pricing & performance analysis
Cross-functional collaboration
Responsibilities
Own the promotional products category — strategy, pricing, and performance.
Manage key vendor relationships and negotiate terms.
Analyze sales trends & inventory performance; implement actions to optimize category results.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on promotions, catalogs, web listings, and campaigns.
Forecast demand and plan product assortment.
Ensure product compliance with brand standards and quality expectations.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to grow category revenue and profitability.
