Property Marketing Coordinator

Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Position overview The Sales Coordinator (with Property Marketing focus) role provides comprehensive support to industrial commercial real estate brokerage teams by combining property marketing expertise with sales coordination capabilities. This role supports marketing activities for commercial properties while providing high-level administrative and operational support to brokerage producers.
Primary Responsibilities And Qualifications Property marketing
Create marketing materials including brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and social media content
Partner with internal teams to develop property marketing collateral and manage timelines
Maintain property marketing materials, presentations, and client deliverables
Manage property listings across platforms (CoStar, LoopNet, MyListings) for accuracy
Coordinate photography, videography, signage installation/removal and vendor services
Coordinate broker events and open houses
Transaction support
Develop meeting materials including market surveys, tour books, and competitive sets
Conduct site search analysis utilizing GIS data and analyst reports
Create and edit presentations, pitches, and client deliverables for prospect meetings
Maintain contact/distribution lists and email distribution schedules
Prepare deal documents including, but not limited to, RFPs, LOIs, renewal letters, and status reports
Monitor deal progress and update CRM databases
Track client projects from start to completion
Administrative support
Track and process expense reports according to company policies
Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and provide general administrative support
Manage email correspondence ensuring timely response and follow-up
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
1-2 years of experience in marketing, business development, or commercial real estate support
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Working proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Canva
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize/multi-task effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with impeccable attention to detail
Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team
Travel required
