Overview We’re looking for a Mid to Junior level
Email Marketing Specialist
to support ongoing campaign execution and customer communications. This role is focused on
building and launching campaigns
— not backend development or heavy technical work.
You’ll be working with established platforms and templates to set up campaigns, manage lists and journeys, and optimize engagement across email channels.
What You’ll Do
Build and launch email campaigns in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing
and
HubSpot
Set up email journeys, workflows, and basic automations
Manage segmentation, lists, and triggers
Execute A/B testing on subject lines, content, and calls to action
Ensure emails follow best practices for deliverability and compliance
Monitor performance and make simple optimizations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on timing, messaging, and goals

No custom development or coding
No data engineering or API work
This is an
execution-focused marketing role , not a technical consultant position.
Required Experience
Hands‑on experience running email campaigns in:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing
HubSpot
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices
Comfortable working with templates, journeys, and workflows
Experience with A/B testing and basic performance reporting
Organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable with deadlines
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience supporting B2B or enterprise marketing teams
Familiarity with compliance standards (CAN‑SPAM, GDPR)
Experience working in regulated or professional services environments
