Senior Social Creative Lead
Base pay range: $140,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Client Overview: Our client is a fast‑moving digital marketing and creative organization that produces social‑first content for leading brands. They specialize in blending strategy, storytelling, and performance to deliver high‑impact creative across paid and organic platforms.
Location Requirement:
You must be willing to go into the office 4 days per week in Long Island City.
Role Overview The Senior Social Creative Lead is a hands‑on, strategic creative with a deep understanding of what performs on social. This role blends concepting, copywriting, and creative execution, owning the development of social‑first campaigns from idea through production while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities
Translate business goals and audience insights into compelling creative concepts
Develop social‑first static and video content that drives engagement and performance
Craft strong messaging, hooks, headlines, and calls‑to‑action
Lead creative projects end‑to‑end, from concept to final delivery
Partner with designers, editors, and producers to execute campaigns across paid and organic channels
Maintain a high standard of creative quality through reviews, feedback, and refinement
Stay current on platform trends, audience behavior, and emerging formats
Present creative ideas clearly and manage timelines and expectations
Qualifications
5–6 years of experience creating paid and organic social content
A portfolio demonstrating strategy‑led creative and execution excellence
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong visual design and storytelling ability
Deep understanding of the social media landscape and performance‑driven creative
Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, collaborative environments
