In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that user-generated content meets community standards on various social media platforms, helping to create a safe and engaging online environment for our German-speaking audience.

Key Responsibilities

Moderate and review user-generated content in German to ensure compliance with community guidelines

Classify and assess content accurately based on established policies and procedures

Identify and report inappropriate content or policy violations to the relevant teams

Provide insights on trends and user interactions to improve moderation strategies

Collaborate with team members to enhance content moderation processes

Stay updated on company policies regarding content moderation and community engagement

Requirements

Fluency in German (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus

Previous experience in content moderation, especially in social media, is preferred

Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply guidelines consistently

Excellent communication skills for effective moderation decision-making

Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care

Familiarity with social media platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous
