We’re a boutique professional search firm with deep roots in Cleveland and a growing national presence. In early 2026, we’ll be announcing our return to the Cleveland market following the conclusion of a non-compete. And we’re looking for a creative video producer to help us tell that story visually.
This is a
project-based, contract role , starting with a flagship Cleveland brand video and likely expanding into similar city-focused projects across the Midwest and beyond. What You’ll Create:
Cleveland skyline footage (captured via drone or sourced/licensed) Professionally styled shots of our team: Walking into Cleveland corporate headquarter buildings Meeting clients A clean, modern aesthetic that communicates trust, professionalism, and confidence A voice-over provided by us, focused on our connection to Cleveland and our return to the market Have experience producing
cinematic brand or corporate marketing videos Are comfortable capturing or sourcing
drone/city footage Have a strong eye for composition, movement, and editing Know how to make professionals look natural, confident, and polished on camera Are reliable, collaborative, and deadline-driven Why This Role:

in cities including Columbus, Detroit, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Chicago, and potentially Atlanta and Denver Details:
