Job Summary As a Marketing Graphic Designer you will be critical to the creation, upkeep, redesign of customer‑facing videos, website, graphics, social media, printed literature, and visual representation of the brand. You will enhance the brand identity by creating visually compelling graphics and videos, improve marketing campaigns, support sales efforts, and contribute to growth and success.
Responsibilities
Update existing content into newer, visually appealing designs within brand guidelines.
Support new product lines and the expansion of legacy products.
Create content for website and social media channels.
Identify and evaluate improvement options.
Design and implement trade show graphics, layouts, themes.
Create sales tools in the form of literature and videos.
Assist with website maintenance, sales literature, and documentation requirements.
Work with representative organizations to improve the functionality of the public and representative website.
Take ownership of social media channels.
Execute small marketing campaigns for various products and track the campaigns.
Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements that help positioning within the market.
Communicate with representatives to understand wants and needs in support of product and field support.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company updates.
Qualifications Required Experience
1+ years of design, marketing, sales, or customer relations experience.
Proven experience in graphic design and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies, especially within a B2B manufacturing context.
Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Read, analyze, and interpret data.
Write in a clear and concise manner.
Use passive and active communication skills with various personality types and in various settings.
Effectively present information and respond to questions with a tactful demeanor.
Web graphic design, web savvy, planning, web UI design, web programming skills, illustration tools, multimedia content development, understanding browser capabilities and internet presence.
High competence of website and social media platforms (WordPress, HTML, Web site development, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Analytics).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Wide degree of creativity and latitude expected.
Knowledge of sales, business and marketing processes.
Effective time management, detail orientation and organizational skills.
Strong business acumen, problem solving, data manipulation skills.
Education & Certifications
Associate’s or bachelor’s in marketing, graphic design, communications, or business field.
Travel & Working Environment
Office environment.
