Job Description Crimson Athletics – a division of Crimson Education – looks for a Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our brand in collegiate sports recruitment and athlete development. You will collaborate closely with our U.S. marketing and athletics teams to drive content, grow market presence, and generate qualified leads through webinars, athlete‑focused ad campaigns, success stories, and personalized outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Marketing Strategy: Design and execute an end‑to‑end marketing plan that builds brand authority, drives lead generation, and engages student‑athletes and their families.

Own Content Creation: Develop persuasive, on‑brand content – from ads and email campaigns to social media, webinars, presentations, and blog posts.

Run Campaigns That Convert: Build and collaborate with the internal digital marketing team to run organic and paid digital and social campaigns targeting athletes and parents.

Drive Parent Engagement: Craft messaging and campaigns addressing parent concerns, from recruiting process to college selection.

Craft content and presentations for live events and webinars, acting as host alongside expert speakers and former admissions officers.

Amplify Our Social Voice: Grow and manage Crimson Athletics’ social presence with daily content that is inspiring, helpful, and strategic.

Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Work closely with athletics strategy and sales teams to align messaging, funnel insights into marketing, and generate high‑quality leads.

Make Data‑Driven Decisions: Use analytics to track performance, refine strategy, and continually improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in sports, education, or youth development.

Former student‑athlete or coach (preferred, not required) with passion for college recruiting.

Ability to connect with parents making high‑stakes decisions.

Proven track record of creating campaigns that build brand and drive results.

Compelling storyteller and writer who can translate expert advice into persuasive messaging.

Thrives in a remote, fast‑paced environment and owns work with purpose.

Comfortable presenting or hosting at events when needed.

Type‑A personality: highly organized, detail‑oriented, strong follow‑through.

Bonus: Familiarity with NCAA recruiting, admissions timelines, or tools such as Salesforce, Canva, Google Workspace, Marketo, Zoom, or Google Analytics.
