Product Designer (maternity cover)

Salary: 1,600.00 – 2,000.00 PLN per month
Overview We are part of the Product Design Team at INELO, within EUROWAG, dedicated to understanding and solving users' needs. Our aim is to create products that not only meet but exceed expectations—making them usable, accessible, and delightfully surprising.
Responsibilities
Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders (product managers, owners, developers) to align design initiatives with business objectives and user needs, gathering requirements, validating feasibility, and conducting desk research.
Follow the full end‑to‑end product design process from conceptualization to implementation, delivering intuitive, user‑centric experiences and producing user flows, information architecture, and final UI.
Work closely with research, UX, UI, and product‑writing teams to synthesize user insights into actionable design solutions consistent across web and mobile touchpoints.
Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Product Designer (UX/UI) with a track record of leading projects, documented in a portfolio.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Experience with Design Systems and proficiency in Figma.
Strong visual design skills with attention to detail in typography, colour, and layout.
Ability to leverage user insights to inform design decisions and drive product innovation.
Minimum B2 level English proficiency.
