We are seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to lead and coordinate a wide range of marketing initiatives—from social media campaigns and content development to digital advertising, branding, and targeted, data-driven campaigns. This role works closely with our diverse enterprise, supporting businesses that range from single-location operations to nationally recognized brands.
The Marketing Project Manager serves as the operational backbone between our Executive Team and our creative, technical, and strategic marketing and management teams. They ensure projects flow smoothly from ideation through completion, enabling business Managers to focus on customer relationships while they drive timelines, deliverables, and internal coordination. With a deep understanding of marketing processes, resources, and execution, the Marketing Project Manager is essential to helping CAA produce best-in-class results.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the Executive team and Business Managers to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Develop comprehensive project plans—from initial briefing to final reporting—to guide successful execution.
Coordinate closely with designers, copywriters, digital strategists, media buyers, and external vendors to ensure deliverables align with company goals.
Forecast project resources and manage their deployment efficiently and effectively.
Provide consistent updates to stakeholders on timelines, progress, budgets, and adjustments.
Manage vendor communications, contracts, estimates, and production schedules.
Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize internal processes and workflows.
Ensure all project work follows industry best practices and the agency’s quality standards.
Support the agency by assisting with related tasks and contributing to team success when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in marketing, project management, or agency operations.
Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems and think strategically.
Strong knowledge of project management tools, workflows, and best practices.
Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
Track record of completing projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Deadline-driven, highly dependable, and committed to follow-through.
Self-motivated with a passion for learning and professional development.
Ability to work flexible hours when necessary to meet client or project needs.
Positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to get the job done.
Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, programmatic).
Familiarity with brand development and creative production processes.
Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, Agile, etc.).
Experience working in a marketing, communications, or creative agency environment.
Work Environment: We foster a positive and energetic team-oriented culture where employees are encouraged to share ideas and provide feedback freely. Travel between business locations is required. Evenings and weekends availability as the project requires.
