Summary The Manager of Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing lead strategic initiatives to attract top talent across clinical and non-clinical roles within the health system. This role combines advanced sourcing strategies with recruitment marketing to build strong talent pipelines, strengthen employer branding, and deliver exceptional candidate experience. The manager also provides leadership and direction to a team of sourcing specialists and recruitment marketing professionals.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Development: Lead, coach, and develop a team of sourcing and recruitment marketing professionals. Set clear goals, monitor performance, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Sourcing Strategy Development: Design and implement proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive and active candidates for critical roles across the health system.

Recruitment Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns that promote the organization's employer brand through digital channels, social media, career sites, and targeted advertising.

Pipeline Management: Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions, leveraging CRM tools and market insights.

Employer Branding: Partner with Communications and HR teams to create compelling content, employee stories, and multimedia assets that showcase the organization's culture and mission.

Technology Optimization: Utilize ATS and CRM platforms (e.g., Workday) to track sourcing effectiveness, campaign performance, and candidate engagement.

Data and Analytics: Monitor sourcing and marketing metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve strategies and outcomes.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to align sourcing and marketing efforts with workforce planning and organizational goals.

Event Strategy: Plan and participate in career fairs, networking events, and community outreach to increase visibility and attract diverse talent.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's or associate degree preferred; or 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience in lieu of a degree.

5+ years of experience in

full-cycle talent acquisition , sourcing, or recruitment marketing.

2+ years of experience managing a team in a recruitment or marketing function, preferred.

Experience in managing employer branding and digital recruitment campaigns, strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, social media platforms, and ATS/CRM systems.

Preferred Experience

Healthcare or integrated health system experience.

Familiarity with

Workday

or similar ATS.

Experience with recruitment automation and analytics tools.
