Job Description This role will play an integral part in the development and execution of marketing strategies and projects, emphasizing project management and execution of college and interdepartmental projects. Working closely with Admissions, Campus Directors, Career Services, Academics and other departments, the role operates in a fast‑paced environment and is instrumental in meeting and exceeding organizational goals.

Collaborate with Admissions, Campuses, and Academic teams to formulate and execute compelling marketing projects that align with institutional goals and showcase healthcare programs.

Coordinate and manage assigned marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery of marketing campaigns, initiatives, and collateral materials, overseeing schedules, pricing, and resources.

Work with internal teams and external partners on executing print materials, email, SMS campaigns, and other marketing assets.

Submit and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date marketing material records with compliance and legal teams.

Develop and maintain milestones and metrics to measure progress against goals and objectives.

Administer all promotional efforts across relevant channels, guaranteeing uniformity with Unitek and associated brands.

Partner with advertising agencies to ensure consistent brand execution; communicate work, share assets, and brainstorm concepts.

Scrutinize market trends and propose modifications to marketing and business expansion strategies based on insights gathered.

Pay Range The annual pay range for this position is $50k (minimum), $57k (midpoint), and $65k (maximum). Typical hiring range is between the minimum and midpoint. Starting base pay may vary by education, experience, skills, location, and budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.

3+ years of marketing experience, preferably within a healthcare or educational institution.

Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Smartsheet, Slack, Basecamp, Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, or Wrike.

Strong understanding of marketing strategy and project management principles.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with multiple teams.

Self‑starter with a keen eye for detail and ability to work independently.
