We’re looking for a Content Creator

to join our growing creative team in Cayman.

This role is perfect for someone who can think like a creator and execute like a professional — someone who understands how to make social content that performs, not just content that looks good.

As a Content Creator, you’ll bring our clients’ social strategies to life through high-quality, engaging photo and video content. From aesthetic lifestyle shoots to educational explainer videos and UGC-style reels, you’ll be responsible for capturing and producing content that feels native to each platform and aligned with brand goals.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Social Strategist, Social Media Managers, and the broader marketing team to ensure every piece of content tells a story that connects, performs, and elevates the brand.

Key Responsibilities Execute approved content briefs through social-first storytelling , adapting tone, pacing, and framing for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

Plan, direct, and shoot

content across a range of styles — from educational and aesthetic to lifestyle, event coverage, and behind-the-scenes moments.

Capture both polished and UGC-style visuals , ensuring all content reflects the client’s tone, identity, and visual standards.

Collaborate with the Social Strategist and Social Media Managers to clarify campaign goals and translate them into on-set execution.

Stay trend-aware — understanding what’s performing online and applying those insights to capture relevant, scroll-stopping content.

Adapt concepts on set

in real time, maintaining agility while delivering high-quality results.

Manage lighting, sound, composition, and environment to ensure professional capture standards.

Provide organized, clearly labeled content to our library.

Conduct light editing or trimming (e.g., reels, stories) in Kapwing

when needed.

Ensure all captured content aligns with the campaign calendar and is ready for timely publication.

Requirements Must-haves

Must be based in the Cayman Islands and legally able to work.

Proven experience shooting and producing content across multiple styles — including aesthetic, educational, product, lifestyle, and event-based formats.

Strong understanding of social-first content creation — what performs on each platform and why.

Comfortable using social media-style production tools

(phones, gimbals, tripods, ring lights, clip mics, etc.).

Comfortable working on location

with clients, talent, and small crews.

Experience using Kapwing, or similar short-form editing tools.

Strong organizational skills for file management and post-shoot handovers.

Collaborative mindset and ability to work seamlessly with strategists, social managers, and creative leads.

Nice to have

Experience tracking and executing on social trends.

Background in social media, content production, or marketing agencies.

Knowledge of Figma, or Lightroom for light design or color adjustments.

A personal portfolio or social presence that demonstrates creative range and social fluency.

Who You Are

Immersed in social media trends and creator culture.

Calm under pressure, with the ability to pivot creatively when needed.

Passionate about creating content that drives results — not just views.

Energized by working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment .
