Marketing Manager, Brokerage Services Overview This is an exciting opportunity to lead the marketing function for Bradley Company’s Brokerage Services division. As the Marketing Manager, Brokerage Services, you will bring strategy, creativity, and leadership together to elevate our brand, empower our brokers, and drive business results. You’ll lead a talented local brokerage services team, partner closely with brokerage leadership, and shape the campaigns, materials, and digital strategies that position our listings—and our brokers—at the forefront of the commercial real estate market. Reports to:
Manager, Brokerage Operations & Support
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor the Brokerage Services team in Indianapolis.
Manage workflow, capacity, and performance to ensure high‑quality output and service delivery.
Conduct regular one‑on‑ones, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
Develop team capabilities through clear expectations, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for professional growth.
Ensure team priorities are aligned with broader brokerage operations and organizational objectives.
Manage relationships with external vendors or creative partners as needed to support team capacity and project delivery.
Strategic Marketing & Campaign Development
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for diverse property types including but not limited to retail, office, industrial, and mixed‑use.
Oversee creation and coordination of custom marketing materials for key listings and high‑value opportunities.
Build, manage, and analyze targeted email marketing campaigns using SharpLaunch and other systems.
Maintain and optimize distribution lists, segmented outreach strategies, and automated drip campaigns.
Provide brokers with timely insights from campaign engagement to support prospect follow‑up and prioritization.
Partner with marketing, research, and brokerage leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Assist with planning and management of department budgets, cost estimates, and media buys (digital ads, listing enhancements, direct mail) when needed.
Creative Services, Brand Management & Digital Marketing
Create and refine a full range of marketing and business development materials—including property collateral, proposals, presentations, and custom client deliverables—using Adobe Creative Cloud and Buildout.
Manage timelines for client‑facing deliverables such as owner reports, tour books, and signage.
Ensure all materials maintain brand consistency and the highest professional standards.
Capture property photos to support listing and campaign needs.
Lead digital property distribution across company website and listing platforms (LoopNet, CREXi, etc.).
Manage property distribution, lead tracking, and content execution across listing platforms and social channels.
Develop and execute social media content strategies to promote listings, transactions, and company visibility.
Track leads generated from third‑party platforms and coordinate responses with brokers.
Client Relations, Research Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Support
Coordinate comprehensive property tour materials including flyers, floor plans, site matrices, maps, and itineraries.
Support post‑closing communication, client reviews, testimonials, and case study development.
Collaborate with research teams on demographic analysis, mapping, and targeted lead generation.
Maintain organized and accurate contact records across buyers, sellers, and prospects.
Support internal engagement efforts and coordinate events with external partners.
Participate in department, sales, and cross‑functional strategy meetings to support alignment and communication.
Partner with brokers to prepare tailored materials for client pitches, presentations, and major listing pursuits.
Build strong, service‑oriented relationships with brokers, ensuring timely communication, proactive support, and exceptional client service.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs and contribute to team success.
Qualifications Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in a marketing leadership or management role strongly preferred.
Commercial real estate marketing experience highly preferred.
Proven success managing and developing team members.
Experience using CRE marketing platforms such as SharpLaunch, Buildout, LoopNet, CREXi, etc.
Photography experience or willingness to learn.
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Expertise in digital and email marketing, automation, segmentation, and analytics.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities across all levels of the organization.
Strategic, creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/marketing automation tools.
Deep understanding of commercial real estate market dynamics and property types.
