The purpose of this application form is to gather potential talent for future job openings.

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to create engaging, innovative and strategic visual materials. Our client is looking for someone who is highly creative, thinks outside the box, and can often bring abstract concepts to life.

This person needs to have experience in video editing and graphic design and be open to learning new skills.

Responsibilities

Develop conceptually strong and visually appealing graphic and video assets for paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (social media, display, search, etc.).

Collaborate with the marketing team and copywriters to translate campaign objectives and messaging into impactful creative deliverables. Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all ad iterations.

Leverage video editing skills to produce engaging and concise video ads for paid marketing campaigns. Edit video footage by adding motion graphics, text overlays, and sound effects.

Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in paid advertising design and video editing. Proactively recommend creative strategies and techniques to optimize ad performance.

Maintain quality control over all produced assets, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and adherence to platform guidelines. Work effectively with internal stakeholders to incorporate feedback and make revisions.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure. Prioritize tasks effectively and communicate progress to team members.

Stay on top of new design tools and technologies, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving processes.

Implement data-driven insights to inform design decisions and improve ad performance.

Absorb and apply feedback with attention.

What this role looks like

Create/edit video ads (for potential use on Facebook/Insta, Youtube, TikTok, and LinkedIn) - 40%

Create static image ads - 30%

Create graphic assets for website and landing pages - 20%

Create and enhance customer-facing resources (e.g., ‘how to guide’) - 10%

Qualifications

Fluent in verbal and written English (C1 or C2 English Level)

Resume and LinkedIn Profile in English showcasing experience in chronological order

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design

Advanced in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are non-negotiable) and proficient with Figma

Minimum three years of full-time experience as a graphic/visual designer

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Self-starter who requires minimal supervision

Ability to exercise excellent judgment in analyzing and resolving design issues

Exceptional attention to detail

Positive attitude, team-oriented, and flexible
