About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads. This role requires a mix of analytical skills, creativity, and attention to detail to ensure that every campaign delivers measurable results and strong ROI for our clients.
Responsibilities
Plan, set up, and manage Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube).
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Write and test ad copy, select creatives, and manage A/B testing.
Monitor performance metrics daily and weekly to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting based on performance and business goals.
Track conversions using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).
Prepare and present campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to align campaigns with broader marketing objectives.
Requirements
Proven experience managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate).
Experience using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
