As an associate growth marketing manager, you will be responsible for executing paid media campaigns for our clients across, primarily, Google Ads and Meta. Together with our senior strategists, you will develop paid media strategies, implement paid search and paid social plans, and identify and execute ongoing optimizations. You will also support day-to-day media operations and reporting. This role requires an analytical mindset, curiosity and strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone with 0 - 2 years of experience. This role is remote but may have some face-to-face time with the rest of our team in Phoenix.
This role is a 3-month contract to hire. After 90‑days you will be converted to a full‑time employee.

Responsibilities
Support planning, setup, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms, such as Google Ads (primarily) as well as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube
Ensure paid media campaigns are set up in alignment with platform best practices
Monitor campaign performance and identify trends, insights and optimization opportunities
Develop keyword lists, ad copy files, and creative testing recommendations
Develop weekly and monthly performance reports
Update tasks in Asana
Manage internal budget and campaign performance tracking
Collaborate with internal teams to understand client goals and business objectives and ensure alignment of paid media campaigns to broader marketing efforts
Nurture positive client relationships through proactive and detail‑oriented approach
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications
0 - 2 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns (paid search or paid social). If you don’t have specific experience, you should have a strong desire to turn your math skills and curiosity into a career in paid marketing management.
Great written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail
Eager to learn new tools and technologies and interested in paid media space
Microsoft Excel is a plus
Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
You should have an efficient home office setup
