About the Role This is not a narrow, desk‑only marketing role, and it is not a management position. Sons of Liberty Gun Works is in a phase of rapid expansion, and we are looking for a hands‑on contributor who wants to get in early, personally execute the work, and grow alongside the company.

This role is for someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and is willing to roll up their sleeves and do the work themselves—not oversee others doing it. If you are looking for clear lanes, rigid boundaries, or a slow pace, this is not the right role. What You’ll Do You will work across all facets of marketing and content, supporting both internal teams and external partners. This role requires the ability to move from idea to execution without hand‑holding or micromanagement.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Personally create and manage marketing content across platforms (photo, video, written, and digital)

Execute website updates, product launches, and campaign deliverables

Plan, post, and track performance across social media channels

Capture, edit, organize, and maintain the company’s content library (photo, video, assets)

Support sales and dealer accounts with marketing materials and hands‑on assistance

Help execute marketing efforts for events, launches, and promotions

Ensure brand consistency across all customer and dealer touchpoints

Step in to support other company functions as needed during periods of growth (operations support, events, sales support, etc.)

This is a working role. You will be expected to produce, execute, and follow through, not delegate tasks to others.

What You Bring

Strong interest in marketing, content creation, and brand building

Working knowledge of social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools

Ability to shoot and edit photo/video content (or a strong willingness to learn quickly)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑moving, high‑expectation environment

Professional communication skills, both internal and external

A strong work ethic and willingness to do whatever it takes to move the mission forward

Firearms industry experience is a plus, but mindset, work ethic, and execution matter more than credentials.

This role is intentionally broad and execution‑focused. As the company grows, this position can evolve into a more senior marketing, content, or brand role based on demonstrated performance, ownership, and results—not tenure or title.
