— this player/coach marketing role leads strategy and execution of planning, activation, and optimization of our clients’ digital marketing efforts. You will bring extensive consulting, technical, functional, and product expertise for live entertainment clients and serve as an integrator between business requirements and ad tech platforms to create digital marketing solutions to meet clients’ growing needs. You will play a key role across multiple clients, driving client education, thought leadership, and campaign implementation. Your strengths in multiple digital marketing platforms including Meta, Google Ads, and DV360 will contribute to your success. Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of digital specialists servicing clients; escalate issues; train new specialists on advertising platforms and best practices. Drive strategy, setup, management, and optimization of paid media campaigns for multiple accounts (focus on college athletics and live entertainment); generate ticket sales. Develop strategic recommendations to elevate conversions and performance marketing goals; own executive client conversations during development, execution, and post-campaign stages. Collaborate with the programmatic team to maximize total digital marketing return; educate clients on industry trends and campaign performance; create educational case studies and successes. Consult with and help drive new strategic objectives; coach cross-functional team members to execute alongside others. Required Qualifications

6+ years in a hands-on digital marketing/programmatic role at an agency, marketer, or DSP. High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to make data-driven decisions. Experience launching and managing paid social (Meta, TikTok), search (Google Ads), and DV360 campaigns. Strong grasp of the overall digital marketing ecosystem and the role that paid social and programmatic play within. A passion for college athletics and the entertainment business with a strong understanding of live entertainment. Outstanding communication, sales presentation, and interpersonal skills (written and oral). Preferred Qualifications

Experience with or exposure to college athletics and the live entertainment industry. Experience building media plans and meeting campaign performance goals. Experience with ROAS measurement and reporting. Exposure to offline marketing channels and tactics. Google Ads and Google Analytics experience and certification. The approximate national base pay range for this position is $85,000 to $105,000. This is a good-faith estimate at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation based on performance. Placement on the range may vary based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The pay rate will comply with all minimum federal, state, and local wage/salary requirements.
