Head of Performance @ Adore Me, a Victoria’s Secret brand Adore Me, a subsidiary of Victoria’s Secret & Co. (NYSE: VSCO) since being acquired in December 2022, is seeking a contractor for paid social ad creative production.
The scope includes:
Supporting paid social ad creation, including image and video edits, preferably leveraging existing Canva templates
Ensuring ad creatives meet platform specific requirements and best practices (e.g. text overlays, UI-safe areas, and formatting across devices)
For video assets specifically:
Editing influencer generated content to reflect a more elevated and on‑brand aesthetic
Selecting and applying appropriate copyright‑free music from approved sound libraries (e.g. Meta and TikTok)
Requirements:
Strong working knowledge of Canva + video editing experience required
Familiarity with paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok) and their creative best practices is a strong plus
High attention to detail and the ability to follow brand guidelines and templates closely
Exemplary interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written
Highly motivated, collaborative
An intellectually curious team player with a no‑compromises approach to work quality, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast‑paced environment
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, hands‑on go‑getter with the ability to build and overhaul processes, take initiative, work independently and proactively, multi‑task, and remain flexible with changing priorities
Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across global teams by adapting to diverse cultural norms, respecting time zone differences, and leveraging digital collaboration tools to maintain alignment and productivity
