Evaluations Manager - Experiential Marketing
must be able to work hybrid in the Detroit office 3 days/week
We're looking for a strategic
Evaluations Manager
to lead valuation projects, manage client relationships, and develop impactful sponsorship strategies and assessments. This role ensures ethical practices, integrates cross-platform valuation, and aligns strategies with client marketing goals.
Responsibilities
Lead Valuation Projects:
Oversee asset valuations, cost analysis, and recommendations for complex projects.
Present Key Findings:
Clearly present valuation results and strategies to clients and stakeholders.
Develop Sponsorship Strategies:
Create and implement strategies aligned with client marketing objectives.
Collaborate Internally:
Build strong relationships with Account, Analytics, Strategy, and other teams.
Identify Market Trends:
Spot emerging opportunities and trends in sponsorship categories.
Integrate Advanced Valuation:
Use cross-platform valuation and predictive elements.
Optimize Workflows:
Manage and improve complex evaluation processes for consistency and efficiency.

What we require
At least 4 years of analytical experience in either media buying, media planning, event/experiential marketing and/or sponsorship evaluations.
Interest or knowledge of pricing and mechanics of all media, particularly digital and social media technologies, in order to adapt learnings for experiential marketing applications.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills with ability to present clearly and concisely detailed and complex contractual elements.
Client service mind-set and ability to present materials and/or findings to a variety of audiences.
This position requires strong written communication skills along with excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
This function requires strong computer skills including Excel.
Must be self‑motivated with capacity for high volume, fast‑paced, multiple deadlines and priorities driven environment.
