Role Overview
The highly skilled Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS) Strategic Executive Communications professional will partner with senior leadership to craft executive-level communications and deliver compelling strategic messaging and presentations that align with organizational goals. This role ensures clarity, consistency, and impact across internal and external communications, enhancing and promoting business alignment and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate to define value proposition, messaging, and positioning
Value Proposition:
Work cross-functionally to build and promote a clear and compelling narrative for our strategy and service offerings
Portfolio Messaging and Positioning:
Build and drive consistent portfolio messaging that will help position and evangelize DWS business with market needs and expectation.
Presentation Material:
Create compelling, structured and appealing business presentations for internal and external executive readouts.
Develop and manage executive communications/content, including speeches, presentations, newsletters, talking points, blogs, and internal announcements.
Ensure consistency of messaging across all channels and audiences.
Prepare executives for key events, media interviews, analyst meetings and internal forums.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PR, Marketing, Comms) to align messaging with brand and business objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
6+ years of experience in executive or corporate communications, preferably in a global organization.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to tone and audience.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate complex ideas into clear messages.
Experience managing sensitive and confidential information.
Able to create a storyline from multiple information points and deliver compelling high-quality slides.
Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms.
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting C-suite executives.
Knowledge of change management and employee engagement strategies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities across time zones.
