Brand Marketing Specialist Summary

As a

Brand Marketing Specialist , you will assist the Marketing Team with developing and implementing a wide variety of marketing programs and processes to enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement across various channels. You will work closely with Franchise Members across North America to deliver marketing support and contribute to their business success.

Essential Functions

Serve as a key point of contact for Franchise Members, providing proactive, responsive and high-quality marketing support.

Manage marketing help desk inquiries / cases, ensuring timely resolution of issues and clear communication throughout the process.

Provide local marketing support to Franchise Members, including assisting the Brand Managers with local website customizations, email, social and direct mail campaigns, and more.

Program Development & Execution

Develop and implement marketing support plans for dual-branded Franchise Members (Allegra and Image360), offering strategic recommendations to drive local growth and brand consistency.

Support certified Centers with Experiential Graphic Design (XGD) initiatives, ensuring timely creation and delivery of marketing materials.

Track and analyze Franchise Member participation in marketing programs and campaigns, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and performance.

Training & Education

Educate Franchise Members on marketing best practices, tools and resources to enhance their local marketing success.

Assist in reviewing content on Franchise Member intranet, as well as training on Learning Management System to ensure information is updated and accurate.

Assist with training sessions, webinars, and one-on-one guidance on marketing platforms, campaigns and performance reporting.

Coordinate content with Marketing and Communications teams to distribute timely and relevant monthly brand updates to Franchise Members.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with internal teams including Sales, Training, Operations and Communications to align marketing activities with broader business objectives and brand strategy.

Understand priorities and projects from other teams to identify areas where marketing can align and support.

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Knowledge of marketing best practices across multiple channels (search, social media, direct mail, email).

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and adjust strategies for improved results.

Customer-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented and responsive approach.

Strong time management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Ability to work independently while maintaining effective team collaboration.

Work Environment

Professional corporate and team-oriented environment

Hybrid work schedule with at least 2 days each week in office

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Minimal travel, if any

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of professional marketing experience.

Proven ability to execute local marketing plans.

Strong understanding of local market dynamics and multi-channel marketing strategies.

Ability to take directions and see projects through to completion.

Background in franchising or other multi-location environment helpful.

Experience working with small business owners a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Dynamics 365. Experience with Monday.com or other project management software a bonus.

Preferred Education and Experience

Preferred experience in franchising or multi-brand environment.
