Duties and Responsibilities
Exceed sales targets by delivering best‑in‑class B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot, engaging customers and recommending tailored TTI solutions.
Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement and increase sell‑through.
Support and implement corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities to raise brand awareness.
Ensure brand presence and sales readiness through merchandising, optimal product placement, and completing store objectives using data analytics via Microsoft Power BI.
Develop a deep understanding of the retail marketplace, customer profiles, product applications, the competitive landscape, and channel dynamics.
Participate in TTI’s world‑class training program for independent operation in your assigned market.
Build and manage relationships with Home Depot team members to enhance in‑store execution and cultivate long‑term partnerships.
Manage inventory levels through down‑stocking, maintain product accessibility, and promptly report all tasks.
Engage in merchandising resets to support TTI’s innovation, ensuring timely placement of cutting‑edge products while adhering to safety protocols.
Employment Requirements
21 years of age or older.
Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Pass drug screening and motor‑vehicle report screening.
Valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in a single state.
Personal vehicle or reliable transportation; valid insurance listing the applicant as the primary driver.
Travel to assigned store locations; occasional travel for meetings, events, and air travel required.
Transport company property (devices, demo tools, safety supplies) if needed.
Reach, lift, and move overhead items, ascend/descend ladders, and lift up to 50 lb with assistance.
Use hands to manipulate small objects, assemble tools, and build displays.
Work nights and weekends; weekends required throughout the year.
Stand for the duration of the shift in a retail environment with meal and rest breaks.
Self‑motivated team player with strong organization, planning, and time‑management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Multilingual abilities preferred in specific markets.
Formal higher education preferred but not required; equivalent experience considered.
Relocation may be required for future promotional opportunities.
Compensation and Benefits
Non‑exempt position with overtime eligibility.
Base salary $50,000–$54,000 per year.
Sales contests and incentives for additional income.
Vehicle allowance $400 per month (pre‑tax).
