Seeking an experienced Non-Equity Stage Manager for the premiere of Spirit of the Game: The Ultimate Musical , a new musical and winning selection of the 2025 Florida Festival of New Musicals . This production marks the show’s first fully staged presentation , running May 14–17, 2026 at Asylum NYC . Book, music lyrics by Phil Vlahakis, Directed by Liz Piccoli with Musical Direction by Julian Blackmore.
Performances: May 14–17, 2026 with possible 1 week extension
RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend production meetings and all rehearsals
Create and distribute schedules, reports, and notes
Serve as the central point of communication and assist with notating blocking and prop tracking
Assist with lighting and sound cueing - call the show
QUALIFICATIONS
Stage management experience in musical theatre
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and communicative
Collaborative, positive, and adaptable
Comfortable with scheduling and document-management software
