Marketing Representative (In-House / Guest Services)

About The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Marketing Representative to join our In-House/Guest Services team. In this role, you will greet and assist timeshare owners staying at our partnered resorts, schedule sales presentation appointments, and provide exceptional support throughout their stay. You will also manage records of premium incentives, enter bookings, and ensure a smooth welcoming experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome owners and their families at resort check-in desks.
Ensure owners are comfortable, properly checked in, and qualified before arrival at the Welcome Desk.
Assist guests with questions about the resort, surrounding area, restaurants, shopping, and local attractions.
Direct owners on where to purchase attraction tickets and address any needs, including medical or special requests.
Manage daily reconciliation, prepare bank sheets, and complete deposits.
Enter bookings and tour information for all In-House customers, including non-qualified guests.
Handle guest concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
Collaborate with resort staff and communicate daily reporting to Marketing leadership.
Occasionally support other local resort locations as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
Prior customer service experience.
Motivated, outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and reliability.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer applications.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, extended hours, and at multiple local locations.
Ability to travel occasionally based on business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in timeshare or resort customer service.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand up to 70% of the workday and lift up to 25 lbs.
Frequent movement between areas within the resort.
Regular use of computers and office equipment.
Heels higher than 2 inches are not permitted.
Work Environment
Moderate noise level within an office/resort setting.
Extended hours and occasional travel may be required.
