The

Graphic Designer

will use knowledge of current graphic design software to produce graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, films, packaging, and informative and instructional material through a variety of media outlets. Generates and manipulates graphic images, animations, sound, text, and video into consolidated and seamless multimedia programs. Must remain abreast of technological advances in the field and be able to identify areas of use in the organization. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field. A great deal of creativity is required. This position is an integral part of the corporate team, guiding brand identity.

Employee must be organized, detail‑oriented, able to follow multi‑step processes, easily take direction, and correct mistakes. A high degree of accuracy is necessary. Employee is encouraged to be involved in any level of the entire project cycle, from creative solution, development, and project completion to ongoing process improvement. Employee works on assigned projects that include inter‑office collaboration, managing and creating project plans, working with cross‑functional teams, and maintaining quality.

What You’ll Do

Development of sales and marketing collateral, including:

“At-a-glance” documents

Event materials

Account plan presentations

Organizational charts

Video presentations

Client meeting decks

Image library

Brochures

Newsletters

Equipment cut sheets and drawings

Tradeshow banners/signage

Enter new and existing data into internal system and website content

Record and track changes and updates to internal system and web content

Maintain websites using CMS

Create and monitor project plans, schedules and reports while managing documentation pertaining to assigned projects such as progress, issues, and opportunities

Conducting regular status checks on websites and internal resources to report necessary revisions/changes

Manage release of marketing materials and publications

Participate in data migration

Generate and submit weekly “Flash Reports” to Marketing & Communications Manager to communicate updates on project status

Develop SOPs for specific duties within immediate area of responsibility

Ability to recognize and recommend development of new solutions within immediate area of responsibility

Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver

Proficiency in producing and editing video files

Strong technical skills including pre‑production and color management

Excellent photography skills

Ability to take ownership for the development of sales support collateral, making sure to edit for font/format consistency.

Ability to collaborate with other team members to introduce ideas for deliverables

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Must be proficient in MS Office

Previous experience in content management software preferred

Must have good communication and interpersonal skills to communicate rapidly and effectively within the organization and to represent the company in a professional manner

Must be willing and able to independently pursue assignments with maximum problem‑solving resolve and minimal supervision, but must also readily ask for direction and help when needed

Ability to shift priorities as needed and work in a fast‑paced environment

Must pass drug screen and background check
