The Communications and Government Relations Associate will support daily execution of Natura’s communications and external affairs activities. Working with the Corporate Affairs Lead and external partners, this position will help maintain the company’s website and social channels, develop digital content, and support policy tracking and stakeholder engagement. This role is suited for an early‑career professional eager to learn and grow in a fast‑moving, mission‑driven environment. Responsibilities

Communications Support Draft and post website and social media content in collaboration with agency partners. Support executive LinkedIn presence by advising on content strategy and drafting posts that align with corporate messaging. Assist in developing internal and external updates, including newsletters, press materials, and milestone announcements. Draft talking points, briefing materials, and press content for executives engaging with media, policymakers, and partners with agency partners. Maintain consistent messaging across digital platforms and presentations. Develop and maintain investor‑facing materials, including presentations, one‑pagers, and milestone updates. Partner with Finance, Communications, Legal and Technical teams to synthesize technical or financial updates into accessible content. Coordinate recurring investor communications in collaboration with agency partners. Assist with all corporate and executive communications projects. Support preparation for conferences, stakeholder meetings, and public appearances. Government Relations Support Track relevant legislation, policy developments, and stakeholder updates in coordination with government affairs partners. Help draft briefing materials, summaries, and follow‑up notes for government meetings or events updates in coordination with government affairs partners. Maintain organized records of outreach and stakeholder engagement activities. Coordination and administration of ongoing projects related to government affairs. Support logistics for events, announcements, and team meetings. Manage document organization, reporting, and data tracking for communications initiatives. Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in communications, public affairs, or government relations. Bachelor’s degree in communications, political science, or a related field. Experience in energy, technology, or public policy sectors. Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills. Familiarity with digital publishing, social media management, and basic analytics. Support collaboration with communications and government relations partners. Participate in training and team discussions to build industry and policy knowledge. Uphold Natura’s culture of transparency, accountability, and technical excellence. Expertise in Microsoft Suite including Excel and Powerpoint. Working knowledge of website content management systems and graphic tools (e.g., WordPress, Canva, Adobe). Strong interpersonal and project coordination skills. Location
