The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web design, with expertise in Webflow and brand design. This role requires a creative mind, attention to detail, a keen understanding of marketing websites that convert leads, and the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design process for web projects, from initial concept to final delivery
Create visually stunning and user‑friendly websites using Webflow
Develop and maintain brand guidelines for clients
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including developers, content creators, and project managers
Conduct user research and incorporate findings into design decisions
Stay up‑to‑date with the latest web design trends and technologies
Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices
Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes
Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and rationale
Contribute to the agency's overall design strategy and process improvements
Required Qualifications
10-15 years of professional experience in web design
Expert proficiency in Webflow
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of modern web design projects
Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
Expert proficiency with FigmaExperience with responsive design and mobile‑first approaches
Strong typography and color theory skills
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of SEO best practices and their impact on web design
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Experience with animation and interactive design
Understanding of accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines
