Udderly Gutters is hiring a Marketing Coordinator with a path to $100K plus performance-based bonuses to manage, optimize, and grow all digital and local marketing efforts. This role oversees lead flow, paid ads, SEO, social media, direct mail, reporting, and campaign performance to ensure consistent growth and high-quality leads.

Position Requirements
Experience / Certifications: 2–5 years in marketing, digital advertising, or lead generation
Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot (plus)
Education / Training: Marketing/Business/Communications preferred or equivalent experience
Technical Skills: Google Ads / LSA / Meta Ads, Basic SEO + blogging, CRM & reporting tools, Google Analytics / Looker Studio, Social scheduling + Canva
Physical Requirements: Support events & promotions as needed (lift up to 40 lbs)

Position Responsibilities Daily Tasks
Monitor lead flow across all channels
Google Local Service Ads (LSA)
Google PPC/Search Ads
Facebook/Instagram Ads
SEO/Organic Website Leads
Google Business Profile (GMB) calls/messages
Referral Leads (contractors, realtors, property managers, past clients)
Repeat Business Leads (returning customers for cleanings, guards, upgrades)
Check performance of text and email campaigns
Review all active ads and campaigns for budget pacing and performance
Post or schedule organic social media content; flag brand-sensitive items for approval
Monitor social accounts for comments, tags, and DMs; respond within brand guidelines
Weekly Tasks
Generate Marketing Performance Report: Leads and Cost per Lead by channel
Conversion rates from lead estimate sold job
Website traffic and conversions
Social and email engagement
Update and maintain the content calendar (social, blog, email, direct mail)
Coordinate direct mail campaigns (print, targeting, tracking response)
Meet with to review reports and upcoming campaigns
Check placements for newspaper ads/articles
Monitor Streaming TV ad performance (reach, impressions, CTR if available)
Monthly Tasks
Publish 10 SEO-optimized blog posts
Audit both GMB pages for services, photos, and keyword updates
Coordinate homeshows and events (registration, setup, promo materials, staffing)
Audit text/email campaigns; refresh copy and offers as needed
Plan yard sign placements with installation crews; ensure branding guidelines are followed
Track ROI and performance of vehicle wraps and signage
Refresh seasonal promotions (holiday lights, winter services, cleaning packages)
Quarterly Tasks
Competitor review — track offers, messaging, reviews
Evaluate ROI by marketing channel: PPC, LSA, social ads, email/text, direct mail, TV, newspaper, events
Adjust strategy to maximize high-ROI channels and reduce waste in low-performing areas
Propose new marketing experiments (community events, sponsorships, partnerships)
