Landscape Designer (Entry Level – Land Development) Location: Orlando, FL. Join Bohler’s land development team.

About the Role Design outdoor spaces that connect people to place. Bring your creativity and technical skills to real land development projects, shaping landscapes that enhance communities while growing through professional development and mentorship from experienced designers and engineers.

Responsibilities

Collaborate on design packages for diverse land development projects.

Create design graphics and construction documents using CAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other visualization tools.

Develop project renderings and graphics using both digital and hand‑rendering techniques.

Design landscape plans for clients in multiple industries.

Coordinate drawings, exhibits, and calculations for internal and external stakeholders.

Communicate regularly with project teams, clients, and reviewing agencies.

Build technical knowledge in hardscape, planting, lighting, and grading design.

Partner with your manager to define a career path that reflects your goals and individuality.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Planning, or equivalent experience.

0–1+ years of design experience; new grads and experienced applicants are welcome.

Production experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp preferred.

Strong design and presentation skills in both digital and hand‑rendering techniques.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creativity, energy, and flexibility to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Ability to integrate seamlessly into multidisciplinary teams.
