In addition to directing digital marketing sales efforts with their diverse and skilled team of Marketing Consultants on their primary affiliation, you’ll also be leading efforts when offering world‑class, innovative digital advertising products and marketing services.

As you’d expect, experience with budgeting, managing inventory, recruiting, on‑boarding, coaching, and meeting revenue goals are critical aspects of this position.
Job Responsibilities
Manage and guide a digital marketing sales team towards achieving station goals across all platforms.
Develop and implement sales strategies, monitor progress, and institute action plans.
Create and manage new business and non‑traditional revenue campaigns.
Work directly with clients to develop effective advertising strategies.
Work with General Manager and other department managers to accomplish station objectives.
Understand and respect the relationship between Sales and News and respect the integrity of the News product.
Collaborate with sales management from other Clients’ markets to meet and exceed company‑wide goals.
Experience Requirements
Five years of digital marketing sales and/or sales management experience preferred.
Experience with transactional, local business development, digital and multi‑platform sales.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
