Description Are you interested in helping local businesses succeed? Our Lamar office in Bullhead City, Arizona, is now hiring a new Charting & Sales Admin Coordinator team member to help us bring effective outdoor advertising campaigns to life for brands in Bullhead City, AZ and the surrounding areas.
Job Details The purpose of the position is to perform key administrative duties and other division of labor support efforts for the Office Manager, the Sales Manager, and the Operations Manager. This position will also focus on all responsibilities relating to the charting system including up-to-date information regarding inventory, pulling work orders and tracking posting materials. The position also assists the sales team with pre and post contract administrative functions as needed and as it relates to the sales process.

Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. in-office work schedule
Hourly range of $18 - $20 / hour, dependent on relevant experience and qualifications

What We Are Looking For In You
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Gmail applications
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
Demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy
Ability to enter and compile data timely and accurately
Energy, enthusiasm, and ability to meet deadlines
High level of organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
Creativity, initiative combined with commercial awareness
Knowledge of common public relations practices
Strong written (email) and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with a systematic approach to detail-oriented work
Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment

Education And Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2 years of related experience, preferably in sales, marketing, or administrative roles
Experience in data management and Gmail preferred
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

A Day In The Life
Perform administrative support tasks as needed by the Office Manager
Manage phone operator duties; greet general public; route and resolve information requests
Coordinate space and office organization; maintain paper and electronic files; filing duties
Maintain up-to-date lists of inventory; maintain an "end-of-day" inventory of all printed materials and account for deliveries in the charting system daily; keep sales staff apprised of deliveries and scheduled installations
Keep the charting system updated daily with new contract/client information and the POP system
Report daily on all postings and download all proof of performance photos and distribute accordingly
Assist Sales Manager and Account Executives with administrative duties including proposals, contracts, photos, artwork orders, material orders
Resolve problems during sales process by investigating, identifying solutions, notifying AEs, managers and customers; be in constant communication with sales staff and assist daily where needed

The primary work environment is an office
