We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales, Marketing & Operations Associate to support our growing IT staffing teams in Kansas City and Omaha. This Overland Park (87th and Antioch) based, hybrid position plays a key role in connecting sales, marketing, and operations to drive new business opportunities, strengthen client partnerships, and enhance consultant engagement.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with our sales teams to streamline processes, support client initiatives, and collaborate with our external marketing agency on campaigns that promote our brand and boost engagement across digital and social platforms.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Support
Partner with account managers and sales leadership to coordinate lead-generation and client outreach campaigns.
Maintain and update CRM data (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to ensure accurate tracking of leads, clients, and opportunities.
Assist with the creation, review, and processing of Statements of Work (SOWs) and other client documentation.
Prepare customized presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for prospective clients.
Track sales metrics and pipeline activity to help the leadership team forecast and plan effectively.
Marketing & Brand Coordination
Work closely with our external marketing firm to execute social media, digital, and brand engagement initiatives.
Be empowered to plan and execute outbound marketing campaigns—including email, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach—to generate and nurture sales-qualified leads.
Provide content ideas, company updates, success stories, and consultant spotlights for use in social media and email campaigns.
Review and approve marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business goals.
Coordinate internal communication and feedback between internal teams and the marketing partner to optimize campaign performance.
Support marketing initiatives such as client events, community sponsorships, and digital campaigns that highlight company culture and achievements.
Operations & Consultant Engagement
Support the processing and tracking of SOWs, contracts, and extensions to ensure operational accuracy.
Assist with consultant engagement efforts, including onboarding coordination, milestone recognition, and ongoing communication.
Partner with internal operations and HR teams to enhance consultant care, streamline communication, and ensure a positive experience throughout each project.
Help maintain consistency in consultant and client touchpoints, supporting long-term relationship growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales coordination, marketing, or operations—preferably in the staffing, recruiting, or professional services industry.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar).
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and with external partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general comfort working in digital and data-driven environments.
