Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing customs documentation, ensuring regulations are followed
Review and process import and export documents, ensuring all invoices and papers are present
Partner with the operations/account management and sales teams for optimal customer satisfaction
Answer client questions and monitor processing of goods
Coordinate with vendors and carriers
Qualifications
2-3 years of entry writing experience, within a 3PL/Freight Forwarding environment
Ability to work both independently and within a team
High energy, with a passion for maintaining/retaining relationships with outside clients and vendors
Self-starter with strong organization & presentation skills
