Marketing Analyst (Paid Search) [206635] This role offers a base pay range of $49.00/hr to $55.00/hr. You’ll be part of a global leader in entertainment and media, driving audience growth and engagement across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage sophisticated paid search strategies across various channels.

Oversee the complete lifecycle of paid media campaigns, including planning, structuring, ongoing optimization, and text copy refinement.

Strategically allocate and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.

Track, monitor, and optimize campaign performance against KPIs.

Research, develop, and test new audience segments, including retargeting, lookalikes, and custom audiences.

Support continuous creative and landing‑page experimentation.

Implement QA processes to maintain campaign integrity.

Collaborate with analytics teams to apply data‑driven insights.

Qualifications

2-4 years of paid search advertising experience.

Proven experience with direct‑response campaigns.

Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Bing/Microsoft Ads, or other 3rd‑party platforms.

Strategic planning skills and ability to prioritize high‑impact initiatives.

Data‑driven decision making that leads to measurable performance improvements.

Strong communication skills and a positive “can‑do” attitude.

Flexibility and adaptability to a fast‑paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications

Experience with Universal Ad Campaign (UAC) and Apple Search Ads.

Global or international media planning/buying experience.

Proficiency in Spanish (bilingual).

Sense of humor and enthusiasm.
