Position Overview Vacatia is transforming the vacation ownership and rental industry by blending hospitality, technology, and design to create smarter, more connected experiences. We’re building the next generation of travel lifestyle products and are looking for a friendly, outgoing Marketing Off‑Site OPC Greeter to welcome resort guests, create a positive first impression, and support the marketing and sales teams by engaging guests. Located at various hotel check‑in desks and other public venues, the OPC Greeter schedules appointments for guests vacationing in Las Vegas to attend a sales presentation and hands off guests to OPC Marketing Agents. The Greeter also assists guests before their scheduled tour, answering questions about the hotel, surrounding area, and Vacatia’s vacation ownership offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome resort guests warmly, providing information and setting a positive tone for their visit.
Support marketing and sales initiatives by introducing guests to vacation ownership opportunities and promotional events.
Collaborate with resort and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and engagement with visitors.
Track interactions and share feedback to improve guest engagement and marketing strategies.
Champion teamwork and positivity, contributing to a welcoming and professional resort environment.

Qualifications
1+ years of experience in guest-facing roles, hospitality, or customer service, preferably in timeshare, resort, or travel industries.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to engage guests authentically, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and provide accurate information.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with marketing and sales teams.
A flexible schedule to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours if needed.
The ability to work at multiple designated local locations on a weekly basis.
