Manifold Designer
We are seeking a skilled Manifold Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing manifold systems for hydraulic applications, ensuring efficiency and functionality in manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong understanding of hydraulic principles and proficiency in AutoCAD to create detailed designs and schematics.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop manifold systems for hydraulic applications.
Create detailed designs and schematics using AutoCAD and other design software.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are feasible and optimize production processes.
Conduct analysis and testing of manifold designs to ensure functionality and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve design issues during the manufacturing process.
Maintain documentation of design specifications and modifications.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in manifold design and hydraulic systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and design software such as Inventor, MDtools and HyDraw.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and fluid power systems.
Experience with ERP systems and documentation management tools like Vault is a plus.
Knowledge of pneumatic systems and cartridge valves is a plus.
