Sr Manager, BNPL Co-Marketing and In-Store PayPal is seeking a seasoned senior manager to collaborate with Marketing, Credit, and Product teams to ensure global marketing compliance, risk mitigation, and campaign enhancements.

Essential Responsibilities:

Lead complex risk management projects and resolve operational issues.

Analyze and mitigate risks that may impact operations and assets.

Develop and implement strategies for risk mitigation, compliance, and control enhancements.

Inform risk‑management practices through assessment of current business trends.

Drive global process improvements through project management and stakeholder engagement.

Expected Qualifications:

8+ years relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Marketing Compliance for financial services, banking, or payment systems, supporting business partners through campaign development.

Strong ability to analyze risks in complex campaigns and recommend controls to mitigate those risks.

Demonstrated relationship‑building skills with key stakeholders, including influencing, conflict management, and negotiation.

Extensive experience partnering with senior business clients in a rapidly changing environment.

Excellent presentation and project‑management skills, able to manage multiple issues simultaneously.

High energy and creativity, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a desire to work in a growing, changing environment.

Ability to multitask effectively and manage competing priorities under demanding deadlines.

Sound judgment, flexibility, and nimbleness in changing courses and solving problems swiftly and independently.
