About the Role

RANAVAT, the leader in Ayurvedic beauty is searching for an enthusiastic

Senior Manager of Retail Marketing

to support our global retail partners. As the Senior Manager of Retail Marketing at RANAVAT, you must be passionate, forward‑thinking, and detail‑oriented. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with our retail partners and have a solid understanding of sales.

This role is in‑office (Westwood, LA). This role requires 4 days in person at our office, and 1 day remote per week.

Design, implement and amplify retail marketing strategy based on the global brand strategy to ensure local relevancy & cohesiveness with brand DNA.

Act as the key marketing contact for all global retail requests.

Lead monthly retailer marketing calls (Agenda, Recap, Etc).

Partner with Brand Marketing & E‑Commerce to build paid media strategy with our retail partners.

Own all marketing presentations to field for new launches.

Own the end‑to‑end process for new product pitches to retailers, crafting impactful narratives that secure distribution and elevate brand presence.

Spearhead creation and presentation of retailer market decks, adapting for each retailer/region.

Lead pitching process for marketing exposure across all channels.

Lead planning and strategy of wholesale mega‑events.

Analyze retailer sales performance to inform marketing activation strategy; recommend levers for reorders, replenishment velocity, and lift during key promotional windows.

Lead retail launch strategy for new markets. Owning the onboarding, planning, and execution of new launches.

Support in preparing key retailer meetings, offering insights‑backed marketing narratives that strengthen buyer relationships.

Lead product website page management and digital asset updates, overseeing progress and ensuring timely execution.

Partner with Operations on Visual Merchandising.

Lead strategy for product review seedings of core and newness.

Partner with Brand Marketing & E‑Commerce on quarterly business recaps, reviewing a mix of business and product performance.

Own wholesale strategy for all new product launches (in‑store activity, cast member engagement, email exposure, etc).

Lead retail launch strategy for new markets. Owning the onboarding, planning, and execution of new account launches.

Lead retailer PR seeding and events.

Partner with PR (in‑house + external) to track and share wholesale press exposure with retailers.

Partner with Brand Marketing specific UGC asks for retailer product pages.

Partner with education to secure retailer training and masterclass opportunities.

Gather and incorporate feedback and insights from the Field to drive brand awareness and optimize event programs.

Liaise with field and lead bi‑weekly TBs to ensure ongoing flow of communication between field and corporate.

Lead with a mindset to build, improve and optimize future activations.

Job requirements

8+ years of retail marketing experience executing marketing campaigns with national beauty retailers for a personal care products brand (e.g., beauty, wellness, CPG), preferably with a D2C brand

Strong understanding of the beauty industry

Dynamic storyteller and communicator

Experience managing specialty retailers internationally

Effective people management skills to lead, develop and mentor direct report(s)

Ability to travel occasionally for retailer/company meetings

Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Excellent communication and analytical abilities

Experience with project management tools

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
