Sr Trade Marketing Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC – Full‑time

Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive trade marketing strategies to maximize in‑store visibility, optimize display construction, and strengthen overall brand presence.
Provide strategic direction to sales, merchandising, and cross‑functional teams in designing high‑impact in‑store display concepts that elevate consumer engagement and conversion.
Oversee vendor and supplier partnerships, negotiating timelines, budgets, and performance standards to ensure high‑quality fabrication and installation of retail fixtures and promotional materials.
Ensure all in‑store and trade marketing elements fully align with brand strategy, retailer requirements, and long‑term business goals.
Own end‑to‑end project planning, including the creation, management, and optimization of detailed timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for all display‑related initiatives.
Conduct advanced performance analytics, including ROI, consumer impact assessments, and channel effectiveness reports, and present insights to senior leadership with recommended strategic actions.
Manage and guide day‑to‑day communications with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors, ensuring flawless execution and alignment across all touchpoints.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to drive account growth, profitability, and long‑term business success.
Oversee customer communication and compliance related to material distribution, ensuring adherence to all customer processes and operational standards.
Deliver high‑impact presentations to senior internal and external stakeholders. Develop compelling, visually polished PowerPoint decks that support strategic initiatives and influence decision‑making.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration – Required
5–7 years of experience in Sales/Marketing – Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work with deadlines
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Domestic travel by car, airplane, boat, etc.; may include overnight and weekends
Must be able to drive to visit assigned accounts daily in territory
Active driver’s license in good standing with the DMV
Travel percentage – 50%
Pay and Benefits Pay range: $91,727 – $122,302 Annual bonus incentive target: 10%
