SNAPSHOT OF RESPONSIBILITIES Event Production & Project Management
Produce high-impact events from concept to execution.
Manage timelines, budgets, run‑of‑shows, and detailed logistics.
Maintain flawless operational documentation and communication.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Develop strong, trust‑based client relationships.
Maintain proactive communication across all stages of design and production.
Create and manage event budgets with accuracy.
Secure profitability while delivering exceptional value.
Identify upsell opportunities aligned with client goals.
Vendor, Venue & Local Partner Relations
Build strong relationships with local top suppliers and partners.
Negotiate favorable rates and enforce contract compliance.
Ensure partners meet Fifth Street’s quality and service standards.
Destination Expertise & Community Engagement
Maintain deep knowledge of local venues, culture, logistics, and experiences.
Incorporate local partners and community impact into events.
